Founded at the turn of the century by Phillip Holt, our organization has a history of hard work and reliability, and we are proud to continue to build on it, one project at a time. As one of the most respected, client-oriented, and versatile precision machining facilities in the DFW Metroplex, our shop offers complete CNC milling, CNC turning, and production services for projects across a wide variety of industries.
We are proud to be an American manufacturing company whose focus is on providing exceptional quality and value for all the special designs, enhancements, and other unique concerns that we have worked on for years. We have a full-service machine shop that handles the manufacture of special parts and repair requests, precision machining parts, as well as metal welding and fabrication services for various companies.

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Phillip Holt learned quickly that taking charge of a situation and founding a company that he could manage the right way was the best way to continue providing high-quality services at an affordable price. Instead of staying in line and following the expectations of other shops, Phillip decided to found his own company so he could be his own boss, set his own rules, and provide the best services possible to his clients while working on a continually expanding variety of unique machining projects.
